Why we started Aide AI
We started Aide AI because we've lived the reality of modern teaching. We've seen incredible educators burn out from administrative overload, talented teachers leave the profession because they couldn't find time for actual teaching, and brilliant students slip through the cracks because their teachers were stretched too thin.
The education system asks teachers to be curriculum experts, assessment specialists, data analysts, counselors, and administrators — all while maintaining personal connections with dozens or hundreds of students. It's an impossible task for any human to do well consistently.
