At AIDE AI, we stand by the quality and reliability of our platform. Since we provide digital subscriptions and AI-powered tools, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not made substantial use of the platform, you may request a full refund.
• If there is a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service, we will provide either a refund or service credit.
• Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method.
• Beyond 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• From time to time, as part of promotions or marketing campaigns, AIDE AI may offer extended refund periods beyond the standard policy. Any such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

As a digital-first company, AIDE AI does not ship physical goods. All services, tools, and resources are delivered digitally through our secure online platform. Access credentials and product activations are provided instantly via email and/or user dashboard after successful payment.

For any optional physical materials (if offered in the future), shipping timelines and charges will be communicated separately at the time of order.

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
• Cancellations prevent future billing but do not retroactively refund payments already processed, except under our Return / Refund Policy.
• Certain promotional offers may include enhanced cancellation terms (e.g., trial periods or flexible cancellations), which will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment.
• Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, unless a refund is processed under special terms.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
