At AIDE AI, we stand by the quality and reliability of our platform. Since we provide digital subscriptions and AI-powered tools, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not made substantial use of the platform, you may request a full refund.

If there is a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service, we will provide either a refund or service credit.

Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method.

Beyond 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

From time to time, as part of promotions or marketing campaigns, AIDE AI may offer extended refund periods beyond the standard policy. Any such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
